Common Questions

Everything You Need to Know

Most questions answered here. Can't find yours? Email us directly — we respond within 24 hours.

Can I order multiple sizes in one run?
Yes. You can mix 12 oz and 16 oz within the same product line to reach the MOQ. For example, 300 × 12 oz and 200 × 16 oz counts as 500 units toward the PLA non-branded MOQ.
What file format should I send my artwork in?
We prefer vector files — AI or EPS with outlined fonts. PDF and high-resolution PNG/JPG (300 dpi at print size) are also accepted. We'll supply a dieline template once your cup specs are confirmed.
Do you offer sample cups before committing to a full order?
Yes — sample packs are available before you commit to a full order. A small sample fee applies to all sample requests (blank and custom-printed). The full fee is credited against your first production run, so it costs you nothing in the end. Contact us to arrange a sample pack.
How do reorders work once artwork is approved?
We store your approved digital files and print-ready artwork. Reorders can typically ship within 7–10 business days — no new proof needed unless you update the artwork.
Are your cups certified compostable?
Yes. Our entire cup range is made from PHA (polyhydroxyalkanoates), certified to OK Home Compost and TÜV Austria standards — the gold standard for home and industrial compostability. Unlike PLA, PHA does not require industrial composting infrastructure; it breaks down in home compost, soil, and marine environments. Certification documents available on request.
Can I home compost PHA cups?
Yes — and this is one of the key reasons we chose PHA over PLA. PHA cups break down in a standard backyard compost bin in 6–12 months, just like food scraps and yard waste. No industrial composting facility needed. They also biodegrade in soil and marine environments, and unlike PLA they never fragment into microplastics in the process. Put them straight in your green bin or compost heap.
Do you ship outside Canada and the USA?
Our primary markets are Canada and the United States, with a focus on the West Coast. International inquiries for large-volume orders (50,000+ units) are considered case by case — contact us to discuss.
